A. What is Power[권력]
Power is a central concept in politics. Harold Lasswell defined politics as “Who gets, what, when, how` This definition of politics focuses on power in the distribution process (and conflict among elite members of society).
정치에서 권력은 核心적인 concept(개념)이다. Harold Lasswell 는 권력을 “누가 무엇을, 언제, 어떻게 얻는가”로 定義(정이)했다.
